Join us in the mind/body energetic healing meditation which combines the eastern traditions of Buddhism, the India Chakra system and the Native American tradition of honoring earth, water, air and fire.  Spend an hour of bliss and relaxation letting the energy system of the body flow effortlessly and peacefully boosting the immune system and bringing healing to the body, mind and spirit.  No prior experience necessary, just the ability to sit quietly with others on a cushioned floor.

Cost is $20 per hour. Available times:

Tuesdays at 12:30pm - 1:30pm
Thursdays at 6:30pm - 7:30pm
